• How do I place an order for local collection? |  | Simply go to the trade-in page for the model of phone that you want to trade in, and fill in the simple trade-in form. If same-day collection is available, you’ll see the option for it on the next page. |
• When will you collect my phone? |  | We will aim to collect your iPhone from the designated pick-up location within 2 hours of you beginning the trade-in. Request collection before 2PM to ensure same-day pick up. |
• Which models can I trade in using the Wolverhampton Local Collection service? |  | Our Wolverhampton Local Collection service is currently only available for the following iPhone models: - iPhone 15 / 15 Plus  / 15 Pro Max / 15 Pro
- iPhone 14 / 14 Pro / 14 Pro Max / 14 Plus
- iPhone 13 / 13 Pro / 13 Pro Max / 13 Mini
- iPhone 12 / 12 Pro / 12 Pro Max / 12 Mini
- iPhone 11 / 11 Pro / 11 Pro Max

• When will I receive payment for my phone? |  | We will send payment as soon as the phone has passed our three-stage testing process. We inspect the device for any marks, we test that it works, and we check the legal ownership status (to see if the phone is currently under contract/finance or has been reported lost or stolen). If everything checks out, you will get money in your account that same day (subject to normal service availability). If we receive your device after 3PM, payment will reach you the next working day. |
• Is my price guaranteed? |  | If you accept the quote that we’ve provided, and we recieve your device as described, we will pay for your device on the day of collection*. If the device has any defects and is not in the condition described, we will send an email with a revised offer for the device. If you’re not happy with our offer, you can arrange for the phone to be sent back to you. |
• Will you collect my broken iPhone? |  | We will collect and pay for iPhones even if they no longer work or have visible signs of damage. However, we do not guarantee same-day payment for broken phones, as we cannot guarantee a price before we have inspected the phone. It can take up to 7 days to process a broken phone. When purchasing broken phones, the following limitations apply. We cannot accept: - Phones that have personalisation or engraving
- Phones that have visible openings in the outer shell
- Phones that have been bent or crushed
- Phones that have missing parts
- Phones that do not legally belong to the seller (e.g. phones bought on a fixed-term contract that have not yet been fully paid for)
- Phones that have been reported lost or stolen
