Pricing Administrator / Pricer

Full Time (Monday to Friday)
£22,000 – £27,000

We are looking for a pricing administrator / pricer to join our organisation. We would ideally like to work with someone who enjoys numbers and data and who has pricing experience. However, if you have no direct experience but are the right candidate, we would like to hear from you! Office based experience preferred.

You’ll be working with the nicest team and we would like a nice person who is willing to learn and believes all problems are solvable whilst being resourceful enough to find a solution.

Responsibilities:

  • Products listed on our marketplaces need to be competitively and strategically priced
  • Identify and analyse key competitors
  • Monitor competitor pricing and adjust the price accordingly
  • Create and maintain auto-pricing programs ( we will guide you on this)
  • Forecast and optimise key sales periods
  • Analyse consumer buying habits and behaviours to be able to set pricing
  • Develop new promotions to get the customer’s attention and drive sales
  • Meet marketplace standards and rules
  • Evaluate sales data and traffic to improve net profits.

Desirable candidate attributes:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of eBay and Amazon marketplaces is preferred
  • Quick, analytical thinker
  • Team player who likes to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment
  • Be driven & self-motivated, with excellent time management and prioritisation
  • High attention to detail
  • Proactive and flexible
  • Idea generator – creativity and fresh perspectives encouraged
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce and e-commerce platforms is preferred
