- Fill in your answers to all questions.

Pack your old phone securely
- Put your old phone in the bubble bag that your new phone arrived in.
- Then place this back in The Big Phone Store box and seal it securely.

Bag it
- Pop the sealed box into the grey mailing bag.
- Remove the adhesive strip and seal it tight.
- Watch a quick video on securely bagging your device
Check your emails for your QR code
- Find the “Shipping Instructions” email — it contains your QR code.
- You'll use this QR code at the Post Office to print your label.Tip: Check junk/spam if you can’t find the email.
- Click to see where you can find your QR code
- Device under £30 or no QR code? Simply take your device to the Post Office, write our address on the package and send it with an insured courier. You'll still receive your payment soon.
- Address should read as: TBPS [YOUR LAST NAME], UNIT 9 WEDNESFIELD BUSINESS PARK, WADDENSBROOK LANE, WOLVERHAMPTON, WEST MIDLANDS, WV11 3SF
Drop it off at your local Post Office
- Go to your nearest drop-off point (details in your email).
- Show them the QR code and they'll do the rest.
- Our prepaid label includes up to £150 cover for loss or damage during transit. If your device is worth more, you can easily upgrade the insurance at the Post Office when sending your parcel.
Relax and get paid
- We’ll process your payment as soon as we receive your phone.
- Most payments are made the same day.
