Location: Wolverhampton | Contract: Full-time | Salary: £25,500 – £35,000

We’re The Big Phone Store — one of the UK’s fastest-growing refurbished phone sellers. We need a strategist who can grow audiences, track what works, and drive engagement and conversions.
What You’ll Do
- Develop monthly social strategies focused on reach, engagement, and sales
- Analyse post and ad performance to guide the content team
- Plan campaigns around offers, blog content, and customer stories
- Manage scheduling tools, hashtags, and posting times for best results
- Report weekly and refine based on data
- Spot growth opportunities on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
You won’t create content — we have a dedicated content producer. Your focus is strategy and ROI.
What You Need
- Proven experience growing a brand account (share results)
- Deep understanding of analytics and social KPIs
- Strategic thinking: what to post, when, and why
- Ability to brief creatives and collaborate smoothly
- Strong grasp of organic vs paid, and how to optimise both
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of refurbished tech or eCommerce
- Experience with GA4, Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, and schedulers
