Mobile Phone Repair Technician – Re-lamination / Reglassing Specialist
Location: Wolverhampton (On-site) | Hours: 37.5 per week (Mon–Fri) | Salary: £30,000 – £55,000 DOE | Contract: Full-time

The Role
- Re-laminate and bond screens (OCA/LOCA), replace glass, and run autoclave/reglassing cycles
- Operate laminators, separators, vacuum chambers, alignment jigs and microscopes
- Meet quality and output targets in a high-volume production line
- Train junior technicians and perform QC checks
- Contribute to continuous improvement and SOP standardisation
What You’ll Bring
- Hands-on skill in screen re-lamination/bonding or reglassing (or related electronics repair)
- Excellent attention to detail, ESD-safe habits and teamwork
- Clear English communication (written and spoken)
Nice to Have
- Experience across the full refurbishment flow from disassembly to final QC
- Prior mentoring or team-lead experience
Training & Progression
No prior experience? We offer a trainee pathway for capable learners. Progress into Senior Technician or Line Lead and help shape our processes.
