As the refurbished market grows, we’re helping customers save money and reduce e-waste — and we’re looking for a data-driven, creative PPC Specialist to join the journey.
The role
You’ll take ownership of our paid media performance — building, analysing, and scaling campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta and beyond. It’s a hands-on role for someone who loves solving problems, testing ideas, and making measurable impact. We’re not after a button-pusher — we’re after a thinker, ready to challenge assumptions and drive growth.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage and optimise PPC campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta, and other paid channels.
- Analyse performance data to uncover trends, insights, and growth opportunities.
- Design and run A/B tests to improve CTR, conversion rate, and ROI.
- Conduct keyword and audience research to expand reach and efficiency.
- Build insightful reports and dashboards in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Collaborate with marketing and eCommerce teams to align campaigns with wider goals.
- Test new strategies, platforms, and creative approaches to stay ahead of trends.
What we’re looking for
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Confident using Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
- Experience managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, or Meta).
- Clear communicator who turns data into actionable insights.
- Logical, methodical, and detail-focused.
- Eager to experiment and improve performance.
- Bonus points for: eCommerce or retail marketing experience; Google Ads / Analytics certifications; understanding of conversion tracking or attribution.
