We stand by our work. That’s why every device comes with a 12-month warranty as standard, covering parts and labour.
And soon, we’ll be launching a 2 year, 5 year and a lifetime warranty, giving you total peace of mind for the long haul.

We use only the highest quality parts, always meeting or exceeding manufacturer specifications. In fact:

And if a screen ever needs replacing, we use premium OLED screens with the exact same refresh rate, resolution, and responsiveness, so the experience feels just like it should, no compromises. OLED screens are more durable, fit flush, and deliver better visual quality.
Other companies or marketplaces might use cheap alternatives like in-cell screens to cut costs, but these often don’t last and are prone to faults. We never use parts like that to save costs, compromising quality.

When it comes to things like cameras, speakers, charging ports, and microphones, we strictly stick with original parts and components.
There are no third-party options good enough for our standards. 98% of our phones are 100% genuine parts.
