Location: Wolverhampton  |  Contract: Full Time (Part Time considered)  |  Salary: £25,000 – £45,000

The Role

As a PR & Communications Executive, you’ll lead our brand awareness efforts, manage media relations, and shape our story across platforms. You’ll have the autonomy to craft narratives, execute campaigns, and make a tangible impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute PR & communications strategies to boost visibility and brand awareness
  • Build and nurture relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers
  • Create engaging content: press releases, blogs, statements, and messaging guides
  • Monitor media coverage and measure PR effectiveness; refine based on data
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging
  • Represent the company in key external communications
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and PR best practices

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience managing media relationships and executing PR strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strategic mindset with a track record of measurable results
  • Confidence working in a high-accountability, results-driven environment
  • Strong organisation; able to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Nice to Have

  • Experience in tech, retail, or sustainability
  • Familiarity with media monitoring tools and analytics platforms
