Your Package Has Been Picked & Packed!
Once your order is ready, we pick, pack, and prepare it for the courier. At this stage, we’ll send you a tracking link. This link lets you follow your package’s exciting journey right to your doorstep.
When Does My Tracking Link Work?
Here’s the important part:
The tracking link doesn’t become active until the courier picks up your parcel from us.
We usually have our parcels collected Monday to Friday, around late afternoon. So, if your order was packed earlier in the day, your tracking link will likely start working by around 6 PM.
If you placed your order late at night, your tracking link might not become active until the next day.
Why Isn't My Tracking Link Working Yet?
Sometimes, the tracking link won’t show updates until the courier scans your parcel at their depot. We know—waiting without updates can feel a bit frustrating!
But don’t worry—your package is on its way, and tracking info will appear as soon as it’s scanned.
