The Role

We’re seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an E-Commerce Executive. In this role, you’ll support the daily operations of our online retail business, helping us deliver smooth, seamless experiences across digital platforms.

No prior experience is required — just a proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and an interest in technology. If you’re detail-oriented and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Upload and manage product listings across e-commerce platforms
  • Ensure product descriptions are accurate, engaging, and up to date
  • Maintain product catalogues, including pricing, images, and stock updates
  • Respond to customer enquiries via email, chat, or phone
  • Assist customers with orders, payments, returns, and delivery queries
  • Provide helpful product recommendations and support
  • Assist with general administrative tasks related to e-commerce
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
