Salary: £24,000 – £50,000 (depending on experience)

The Role
As a CRM Executive, you’ll be part of our Marketing team, enhancing customer engagement and driving loyalty through data-led campaigns. You’ll have the autonomy to create, execute, and optimise CRM strategies that deliver personalised experiences and meaningful results. This is a role where creativity meets data, and your impact will be felt across the customer journey.
What You’ll Do
- Develop, execute, and optimise CRM strategies that drive retention and engagement
- Analyse customer data to deliver impactful, personalised campaigns
- Segment audiences and deliver targeted communications across email, SMS, and more
- Collaborate with teams to ensure consistent and seamless customer touchpoints
- Monitor campaign performance and customer feedback to improve outcomes
- Stay ahead of CRM tools, trends, and technologies to elevate customer experience
- Work with marketing and product teams to align CRM with business goals
