What you’ll do
- Prepare devices for repair: charge, open/back cover removal, clean, label
- Run functional tests and quality checks; record pass/fail results
- Complete secure data wipe and OS updates (SOP-led)
- Assist technicians during repairs; manage tools, parts and workbench setup
- Maintain an ESD-safe, 5S-organised workstation; follow safety procedures
- Update device status on scanners/tablets; escalate issues early
No heavy lifting. Full training provided.
