Location: Wolverhampton (Onsite, hybrid available)

Hours & Pay: Full Time · £7.55 – £12.21 per hour (DOE)

The Role

As a Creative Content Creator, you’ll produce eye-catching visuals, short-form videos, and graphics that tell our brand story. Your creativity will directly influence engagement and growth across social platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Produce short-form video content (TikToks, Reels) from concept to publish
• Capture behind-the-scenes footage and events
• Design graphics for offers, educational posts, and customer reviews
• Write clear, persuasive, on-brand captions
• Collaborate with growth strategists to align content with campaigns

What You’ll Bring

• Portfolio required demonstrating content creation
• Strong mobile video editing & design skills (CapCut, Canva, etc.)
• Up-to-date on social trends, especially TikTok & Instagram
• Keen eye for branding, layout, and scroll-stopping visuals
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Nice to Have

• Photography skills or experience filming with people
• Knowledge of content analytics to improve performance
