The Role
As a Marketing Executive, you’ll shape campaigns across several areas based on your strengths — from PR & Communications and Affiliate Marketing to broader digital campaigns and content.
Focus Areas
- PR & Communications: Create engaging press releases, build media relationships, and amplify our brand voice.
- Affiliate Marketing: Grow and manage affiliate partnerships to drive quality traffic and sales.
- Campaign & Content: Support email, digital, and social campaigns that connect with our customers.
Day to Day
- Write and publish content across multiple channels
- Manage relationships with partners, affiliates, and agencies
- Track campaign performance and use insights to improve results
- Support wider marketing initiatives to keep TBS front of mind
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in at least one of: PR/Comms, Affiliates, or digital campaign marketing
- Strong communication and copywriting skills
- Analytical mindset — comfortable measuring results and spotting opportunities
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a drive to make an impact
- Confidence working independently and collaboratively in a busy team
