Apple has sent out the invites for the annual new iPhone event.
Yesterday, Apple officially sent out the invitations for its annual new iPhone event. It is expected to be a major event that announces multiple new iPhones, a new Apple Watch and an updated iPad Pro.
It will officially take place on September the 12th in Cupertino, California.
Looking at the invite that they have sent, it features a bronze/gold coloured circle, we’re not sure what to make of the hint apart from a potential new Gold colour?
We have rounded up the most credible rumours regarding the new iPhone/s and compiled them into a list below. Not all leaks and rumours are guaranteed to be real or true so take them with a pinch of salt.
A leaked marketing image courtesy of 9to5Mac, shows the new iPhone and the plus version. The image shows us a gold coloured iPhone X’S’ and the iPhone X’S Plus’. It seems credible as it is the same angle that Apple uses for the marketing assets and 9to5Mac have a great record.
It is rumoured that there will be three new iPhones coming, including, a new iPhone X with a 5.8-inch screen, a cheaper iPhone X with a 6.1-inch LCD screen (instead of OLED) and a bigger version of the iPhone X with a 6.5-inch OLED screen.
The new iPhone will apparently be called the iPhone XS according to rumours.
The cheaper iPhone with the LCD screen is rumoured to come in a variety of different colours, which includes red and blue.
All of the new iPhone X’s will have the FaceID face scanning tech and gesture controls.
