The following Terms & Conditions apply for The Big Phone Store Facebook Prize Draws:

1. This prize draw is promoted by SPS Technology Services Limited, 9 Wednesfield Business Park, Waddens Brook Lane, WV11, United Kingdom
2. Entry is open to residents of the UK only
3. The prize giveaways are free to enter. No purchase is necessary
4. To enter the prize draw, you must ‘Like’ The Big Phone Store Facebook page as well as the specified prize draw post
5. Employees of the Promoter are excluded from entering the Prize Draw
6. Multiple entries are not counted
7. The winner of the free tablet case giveaway entitles you to a case under the value of £25
8. Your entry can not be counted if you have disabled ‘Apps, Websites and Plug-ins’ (aka “Platform”) in your Facebook privacy settings
9. Winners will be announced on The Big Phone Store Facebook Page and will be given a link to claim the prize. The name of the winner(s) will be published
10. Winners have 14 (fourteen) days to claim their prize using the given link
11. The Big Phone Store will only ever use entrants details for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and, with the exception of the winner(s) name(s), we will not publish them or provide them to anyone else
12. All winners are selected at random by computer from valid Facebook entrants
13. The Big Phone Store reserves the right to cancel or alter or amend the prize draws at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside of its control
14. SPS Technology Services Limited is the promoter of Facebook prize draws. It is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook Inc
15. By entering the prize draw, you agree to the above Terms & Conditions
